At Give + Glow Beauty Co., we take pride in offering 100% authentic, high-value products at discounted prices. Due to the nature of our inventory and high logistics costs, please review this policy carefully before purchasing.

 


🚫 ALL SALES FINAL / NO REFUNDS

All sales are FINAL.(we are a small family run business, please understand this)

We do NOT offer refunds unless an issue is verified as our mistake.

We may offer:


  • Exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery (if eligible)


❌ NON-ELIGIBLE RETURNS

 

 

We do NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:


  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Packaging conditions (missing boxes, dents, retaped items)
  • Retail stickers, labels, or residue
  • Unmanifested / mystery box dissatisfaction
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections

These are normal with discounted, overstock, and liquidation inventory.

By placing an order, you agree that:


  • You understand the nature of discounted / liquidation products
  • You have read all product condition disclosures
  • These conditions are non-negotiable and not valid reasons for returns

If you are new to buying discounted or liquidation products, we strongly recommend doing your own research before purchasing.

 

✅ ELIGIBLE ISSUES (OUR ERROR ONLY)

 

 

We will review and resolve issues if:


  • You received the wrong item, or
  • An item is significantly damaged due to our error

We may also offer exchange or store credit if an item does not work, depending on the situation.

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Order number or full name
  • Clear photo or video proof


All cases are handled case by case.

💸 RESTOCKING FEE (IF APPROVED)

 

 

If a return is approved outside of our error:


  • A 20% restocking fee will apply
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • Item must be returned in the same condition

📦 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

 

 


  • Orders are carefully packaged and may include insurance and signature confirmation
  • Once marked delivered, the order is considered fulfilled



We are not responsible for:


  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout





⚠️ SHIPPING DAMAGE


If items are damaged during transit:


  • Contact us as soon as possible
  • Claims are reviewed case by case
  • We will assist when damage exceeds reasonable expectations

If a chargeback is filed without contacting us, we reserve the right to submit evidence including:


  • Order confirmation
  • Tracking and delivery confirmation
  • Signature confirmation
  • Fraud/IP data

Additional actions may include:


  • Denial of future purchases
  • Reporting fraudulent activity
  • Pursuing recovery of funds
